Early Childhood Teacher

As an EC Teacher in Weldon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young students. You will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment, implement effective instructional strategies, and contribute to the overall academic and personal development of each student.

Job Description

• Full time 
• M-F
• 37.5 hours per week
• Itinerant position - to different preschool buildings 
  • will reimburse for travel between buildings
• Small/Play groups with PreK students
• 24/25 School year start

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Teaching or related field
• Current and Active NC Licensure and Certification 
• School Experience in some capacity
• Experience working with students with disabilities/behavior needs
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
